Last Updated: October 24, 2026

At InvoiceFlow Pro (accessible from https://invoiceflow-pdf.netlify.app/), protecting the privacy of our visitors and users is one of our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by InvoiceFlow Pro and how we use it.

1. 100% Client-Side Data Processing

InvoiceFlow Pro is architected as a client-side web application. Any financial details, business names, client addresses, tax rates, logos, or line items you enter into our Invoice, Receipt, or Estimate generators are processed strictly inside your web browser. We do not transmit, store, or sell your invoice data on external servers. When you use the "Save" feature, your documents are saved locally in your own browser's localStorage and can be cleared by you at any time.

2. Log Files & Analytics

InvoiceFlow Pro follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

3. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie & AdSense

InvoiceFlow Pro's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We may participate in affiliate marketing programs and display links to reputable financial software providers. If you click on an affiliate link, a cookie may be placed on your browser to track any resulting referral commission at no additional cost to you.
